Support Author Sherri Lewis in Cameroon, Africa with Finding Mrs. Wright

Devon Wright hasn’t considered being in a serious relationship for the last seven years. Not since he met Quartisha Shauntae Randall – aka Satan’s little sister – who is, unfortunately, his baby mama. He’s not the kind of guy that can live without a woman, so he finds himself in a string of short-term relationships, breaking heart after heart – without meaning to, of course. He tells the women he dates that he’s not looking for something serious, but somehow, they keep falling for him and wanting something more.

Devon’s parents and best friend, Charles, who used to be Atlanta’s most notorious player, keep telling him it’s time to get into a real relationship with the right woman and get married. When his six year-old daughter, Brianna, begins to ask him when he’s gonna get her a “real mama,” Devon begins to wonder if it’s time to try getting serious again.

When Charles introduces him to the best friend of the woman who convinced him to turn in his player card, Devon is intrigued. Cassandra Parker is smart, sassy, and sexy, but the catch is, she’ll only get into a relationship that’s headed toward marriage. The more Devon gets to know her, the more he realizes that she’s the right woman for him. But will his past heartbreak, crazy baby mama drama, and commitment issues keep him from making her Mrs. Wright?

Sherri Lewis authored her first book at the age of six. Her family considered her pencil and crayon on brightly colored construction paper creation a masterpiece. She continued to enjoy writing short stories and poems throughout her young adult life.

Her writing was put on hold while she attended Howard University as an undergraduate, then medical school at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine. The writing bug bit again a few years ago and pencil, crayon, and construction paper were replaced by laptop and printer.
After working almost fifteen years in the medical field, Sherri recently left her last position as a Family Physician to pursue writing and ministry full time. In September of 2010, she founded the Bethel Cameroon School of Supernatural Ministry in West Africa. Thus far, she has graduated two classes of radical revivalists!

Sherri’s life passion is to express the reality of the Kingdom of God through the arts including music, dance, film and television, and literature; and through sound biblical teaching. Her ministry thrusts include the message of the Kingdom, intimacy with God, intercessory prayer, understanding prophetic ministry, ministering emotional healing, and birthing individuals into their destiny.

Sherri lives between Buea, Cameroon and Atlanta, Georgia

Faithful Folios Fan Fare Miranda Parker

Over the next few weeks we'll be featuring interviews, reviews, and other interesting posts about some of Faithful Folios favorite authors. We'll start by spotlighting Dee Stewart aka Miranda Parker passed away October 5th.

Here is her bio:

Miranda Parker is the author of the Angel Crawford Bounty Hunter Series. After graduating from college, she began working as a features editor for various magazines and spent many years as a publicist for national recording artists, actors, ministers, and authors. On a perfect day she can be found curled up with a good book or in a movie theater with a bucket of popcorn.
Miranda Parker is survived by her daughter, mother and sister. Please continue to support her literary works to ensure her "girlie" is properly provided for to pursue whatever career and educations aspirations God has placed in her heart.
