Smith has quirky characters in a small town well scripted setting. The dialogue is punchy and quick. Pace and plot on par with other Christian fiction romance novels. A well written addition to the genre.
The cover is cute and would draw readers in the primary demographic. If I saw it in a store I'd want to know why she is on the balance beam...I think it's symbolic.
